He did his M.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Manchester(UMIST), UK and started his career in friction materials with a leading British manufacturer. Raw Material Supply We supply Ready-Mix as well as individual Raw-materials for the manufacture of all types of Friction products. Ready-Mix is ideally suited for remote locations where most of the raw materials have to be imported. You can choose from our list of formulations with performance details such as co-efficient of friction vs. temperature graph, fade and wear characteristics etc. are shown. Master Mix of any of our listed formulations is also available. We shall provide the list of remaining raw-materials which can be bought locally and mixed at the factory. Complete mixing, molding (pressure, temperature, venting cycle etc) and final heat curing instructions are given when we sale any of our Master Mixes or Ready Mixes. We also supply mix as per customers formulation. To protect secrecy of the formulation, a mix can be ordered by listing majority of the ingredients and their weight percentage while withholding the names of 2 or 3 critical ingredients in the formulation. The deficient materials can be added later in your factory.
