LINK Engineering Company has made an important addition to its heavy vehicle testing services and test equipment offerings through the acquisition of Radlinski & Associates, Inc. (RAI) in East Liberty, OH. Located ¼ mile from the Transportation Research Center, RAI has been providing heavy vehicle brake testing services and equipment for over 10 years. RAI founder, Dick Radlinski will continue to play an active role in Link–Radlinski, Inc., the new business entity. Over his 38 year career, Radlinski established himself as an eminent authority in heavy duty brake technology and systems. He has developed close relationships with vehicle manufacturers, brake suppliers, and government agencie s throughout the world. According to Radlinski, “we have worked closely with LINK Engineering for quite some time and are excited about being part of the LINK team”. RAI has been a leader in the development of ABS diagnostic tools and end-of-line test systems and other heavy vehicle brake testing instruments. The company has conducted more independent brake tests on heavy trucks, trailers, buses, and motorhomes than any other US company and has helped many vehicle manufacturers certify their brake systems. Also joining the Link-Radlinski leadership team as General Manager is David Domine. A graduate of General Motor’s Institute, Domine has worked in brake systems development at both General Motors and Honda R&D.
