Leinweber Maschinen’s compact finishing line “Powder Paint” module has been totally redesigned to meet the demands of today’s Friction Customers.

“The combination of high productivity, excellent quality painting, and low system price are attractive features for our Customers”, says Harald Gruber, Marketing Specialist.

Chief of Leinweber Design, Reinhard Luemen,  stated “this is our best machine development for electrostatic powder painting of disc pads.  The design focus is on ‘simplification of the process’ resulting in reduction of machine components, system size and price.   The system follows our “Lean Manufacturing” philosophy.”

Key Features of Powder Application Cabin:
 • High productivity – up to 100 or more parts per minute*
 • Small cabin size reduces floor space required (1.0m x 0.8m x 2.4m)
 • Minimal transfer of powder – no external supply hopper required
 • Positive grounding system – creates constant earth ground
 • Controllable air flows in cabin to minimize external contamination
