Leinweber Maschinen’s compact finishing
line “Powder Paint” module has been totally redesigned to meet the demands
of today’s Friction Customers.

excellent quality painting, and low system price are attractive features

Chief of Leinweber Design, Reinhard Luemen,
stated “this is our best machine development for electrostatic powder painting
of disc pads. The design focus is on ‘simplification of the process’ resulting
in reduction of machine components, system size and price. The system follows
our “Lean Manufacturing” philosophy.”
