Motion Control Industries is seeking a results
oriented Senior Development Chemist to be based at its R&D facility located in
Charlottesville, VA.

Responsibilities include:

|
To perform material development activities
relating to drum and disc brake products consistent with the Companys
Strategic and Business Plans. |
|
|
To participate in and lead project teams as
required. |
|
|
To develop drum and disc brake formulations
which satisfy project requirements. |
|
|
To work with manufacturing to establish
satisfactory production processes and to transfer new products into a
production environment. |
|
|
To establish and maintain material
specifications relating to drum and disc brake products. |
|
|
To identify and specify raw materials for drum
and disc brake formulations. |
|
|
To interface with suppliers and internal and
external customers. |
Qualifications include:
|
|
Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry,
Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering or related field. |
|
|
Minimum 5 years friction industry experience. |
|
|
Ability to travel domestically and
internationally. |
