Brembo has joined
Harley-Davidson to supply braking systems for Harley-Davidson’s Touring
Platform. Brembo has been supplying braking systems for the VRSC
platform over the past 3 years and has now added the Touring platform
which accounts for some 35% of the entire H-D output.
With this new
agreement, Brembo becomes the braking systems OEM supplier for over 40%
of Harley-Davidson motorbikes, around 350,000 per year (2006
Harley-Davidson brand data).

balance has recorded an increase again, reaching a turnover of €806
million (consolidated results).
The turnover of the motorcycle unit, in 2006, was of
€90,3 million (11% of the total, an increase of 5,8% on 2005). Brembo
supplies the most important motorbike, snowmobile and All Terrain
Vehicle manufacturers in the world including Harley Davidson, BMW,
Ducati, KTM, Piaggio, MV Agusta, Husqvarna, Moto Guzzi, Buell, Triumph,
Yamaha, Aprilia, Benelli, Bombardier, Polaris, Vectris and nearly all
teams that race in MotoGP.
