12th February 2007 - Doug Hodge named Group Controller for Affinia Under Vehicle Group

Hodge Responsible for All Financial Activities of UVG

Affinia Group Inc., a global leader in the on- and off-highway replacement parts and service industry, has named Doug Hodge as Group Controller for its Under Vehicle Group in McHenry, Illinois.  Hodge will report to John R. Washbish, President, Affinia Under Vehicle Group.

“Doug brings more than 30 years of experience to this position, having served as an audit manager, treasurer, plant, division and group controller,” Washbish said. “Doug’s previous service as a vice president and regional controller in the Asia Pacific region for Dana Corporation will be particularly important to Affinia and our global business strategies.”

Hodge, who has been acting group controller for Affinia since December 2006, earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance from the University of Louisville and a Master’s of Business Administration degree in finance from the University of Kentucky.
