LEINWEBER Maschinen GmbH would like to inform all their customers and partners about the reorganisations of the company.

The Consortium “HHF”, represented by the company HMH Industries, Ing. Hans Hofer and Dr. Norbert Frömmer, proudly announces, that the procedures for restructuring of LEINWEBER Maschinen GmbH were successfully completed and implemented by January 1st, 2006.

The General Meeting has appointed Mag. Kurt Hofmann, Ing. Hans Hofer and Dr. Norbert Frömmer as Members of the Board of Directors.

HHF has carried out an exhaustive “Due Diligence” of all LEINWEBER Maschinen GmbH operations. From our analysis we have concluded that LEINWEBER Maschinen GmbH has available a highly competent technical staff and a strong engineering, testing and manufacturing base, capable of producing high quality, premium products for the Friction Industry in a timely manner and at a fair price.

HHF is confident that with share capital input from the Consortium and from the Public Sector, substantial debt reduction and restructured finance by Banking Institutes, LEINWEBER Maschinen GmbH will continue with success and can target being the Number 1 Friction Machinery Supplier in the World.

We, as newly appointed Members of the Board of Directors, would like to mention that future success of LEINWEBER Maschinen GmbH depends very much on the continuity of existing partnership and new business relations.
