16th November 2005 - Akebono Brake Reinforces Management Structure for North American Market
Akebono Brake Industry Co., Ltd., will as of December 1, 2005 implement the following changes in the management structure of its North American operations. With Ambrake Corporation, formerly a joint venture with Delphi Automotive Systems, having become a wholly owned subsidiary of Akebono, the changes are intended to strengthen management to better handle the increased scale of operations in North America.
