30th September 2005 - Phil Moore Joins Federated Auto Parts Distributor

Phil Moore has joined Federated Auto Parts as Vice President; it was announced today by Federated’s Executive Vice President, Mike Schultz.  Moore will assume his new position on October 1.

“Phil has been working with Federated in some capacity for over 20 years so we are thrilled that he will now be working for us,” said Schultz.  “Phil is one of the most respected individuals in the aftermarket and will make an immediate impact with Federated and its associates.”

Since 2003, Moore has worked as Director of Sales for ARI.  Prior to that, Moore spent over 25 years working for Brake Parts Inc. in a variety of positions including Sales Representative, District Manager, Zone Manager, Regional Manager and Raybestos’ Director of Sales for Federated.

A graduate of Birmingham-Southern with a B.A. in Business Management, Moore and his wife Susan reside in Lexington, Ky.
