16th August 2005 - Altech Engineering Files Provisions for Bankruptcy
On the 18th of May 2005 Aldanhien Limited o/a Altech Engineering Co. filed Notice of Intention to File a Proposal (the "Notice") to the Debtor's creditors pursuant to the provisions of the Bankrupcty and Insolvency Act. BDO Dunwoody Limited (the "Trustee") has agreed to act as Trustee under the Proposal.
On the 21st of June 2005 there was a public auction of Altech Engineering Co.'s Complete Machine Shop and Contents. The items included, but not limited to, were SIRCO PA-24 Lathe, Jakobsen 8"x24" Hyd. surface grinder, JET bench drill, ENERPAC hyd. press and other items. The Auctioneers were Infinity Asset Solutions of Concord, Ontario.
