The last changes to the organization of TIMCAL can be summarized as follows: reinforced and better structured support to our sales network and an added focus on Business development and Strategy.

The first major task of the new organization is clearly to maintain our customers satisfied and to ensure continuity in our well going business.

Despite these changes, our main purpose remains: to follow, in the best possible and proactive way, the fast changing and challenging evolution of the markets we service in order to further develop our company and our customer satisfaction oriented philosophy, through the realization of selected main projects, all this according to our vision.

To attain our ambitious objectives and to further increase the profitability of our business, we have to realize a number of selected projects in the near future. Yes, indeed, we must be selective with our projects and plan accordingly our activities. We cannot afford to disperse our precious and limited resources by going in all possible directions or acting in an uncoordinated way, precluding the possibility to reach any results. We need to collect quality information, then to analyze and develop it with our market and technological knowledge, allowing us to define a strategy, establish priorities, select the best projects and then define our action plans.

The merger of the Sales and Marketing functions coupled with the appointment of a VP responsible for Business Development and Strategy represent the best answer I can imagine to improve our position moving in this direction.

With the essential support of R&D, Production and Administration, we now have a fantastic and unique tool to support the customers, to understand the needs of the market and to collect and develop our knowledge.
