ARI’s CCT Axle Division Receives NAPA’s Excellence Award for High Fill Rates

Recognized as member of the NAPA 95% Club

ARI announces its CCT Axle Division has received NAPA’s Excellence Award for high fill rates, and has been recognized as a member of the NAPA 95% Club for the outstanding shipping and service performance that it provided to NAPA Distribution Centers in 2004. This is the third year in a row that CCT Axle Division has received this honor.

CCT’s 2004 fill rate was 98.2%, which places it is the upper echelon of NAPA suppliers. The fill rate was 97.1% in 2002, and rose to 97.9% in 2003.

“We are very pleased to be presented with this award, and would like to thank NAPA for recognizing our dedication to providing excellent service levels,” said Mitch Mitchell, NAPA sales manager. “Even with an extensive product offering of 1,200 + SKU’s we were able to achieve a fill rate of 98.2%, which is basically unheard of for a re-manufacturer. This prestigious honor is the result of a lot of hard work by a very dedicated team.”
