28th February 2005 - ARI Announces The ISO 9002 Certification Of Its Bedford, New Hampshire Axle Facility

ARI is proud to announce the ISO 9001:2000 Certification of its CCT Axle Division on December 30, 2004. The assessment audit began on November 29, 2004 with the development and approval of a detailed implementation and certification plan by Intertek Testing Services.

Steve Labbe, General Manager CCT Axle Division states, "An accomplishment of the magnitude of achieving ISO 9001:2000 certification requires the focus and drive of an entire organization, working cohesively to reach this milestone." The ISO certification serves as a crowning achievement in a year where major investments were made to position the Bedford, NH operation for the future. The company invested over $4 million in new cleaning equipment, automation, and new world class CNC machining centers that allow for meeting the tightest tolerances on new vehicles. ARI understands that today's more complex vehicles can suffer from driveability problems when using inferior replacement components that do not meet exact OE specifications. This certification is part of ARI’s continuous dedication to improving the manufacturing of quality components that meet or exceed OE specifications and performance standards.

ISO certification of the quality assurance system is the gold standard to which all manufacturing aspires, signifying ARI’s commitment to quality and total customer satisfaction. Steve Labbe went on to add, “This team succeeded in its quest to achieve certification to the new 2000 standard, by building further upon its foundation of commitment to provide its customers with industry leading levels of quality and service, and continually improve upon them.”
